The Forss site lay derelict for quite a while, and as you note a Wind Farm (2 wind turbines so far) was built on the antenna farm area in 2003 by Renewable Energy Systems Ltd.  They are pleased with the winds here!

In 2003 the buildings were bought and renovated as a Technology Park, not as your web-site suggests for the Royal Navy, but by the private developer New Park.

UKAEA who operate Dounreay, now a nuclear site in its decommissioning phase have taken a tenancy of 3 buildings, and others are being let to contractors working for Dounreay. The buildings have been nicely refurbished, though some were knocked down and there is still more refurbishment and building to do.
I work there now, in what was the Navy Exchange area in the main building I think.
The Club Aeolus building has become a small eating area.
My wife Caroline Walford worked at the base from 1975 to 1989 on and off (while our children were young) as a civilian secretary to the Commanding Officer.
We also still have somewhere I hope a number of issues of 'The Bagpiper' the Station magazine she edited for a while.
Maybe some interest from people who worked there.
 Best Regards
Julian Walford

I have taken some photographs myself and I will let you have them once the spool is developed.
